Came from out of town to buy a car and needed a pre purchase inspection. tThese guys fit me into a tight schedule on short notice, were very friendly, gave me a detailed report, and took time to answer all of my questions. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I scheduled an appointment specifying that I needed an alignment the previous week and took time off of work to make that happen when the appointment was confirmed. On arrival, after waiting in line, I was told the alignment machine is out of service and the advisor/tech meant to call me but was too busy. My experience with Auto Trends in Irving Park was quick, honest, and respectful. I called for a same-day oil change and vehicle inspection, and they welcomed me right away. Their inspection was thorough and their work is clean and precise. At no point did I feel that they were recommending services that weren’t warranted. They are transparent with their pricing, and I felt very confident with their care. I gladly recommend them to anyone seeking excellent auto care in the Greensboro area.

Great service! This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised by the service, communication, and transparency. Dennis was thorough with the repairs I needed and answered all of my questions. The vehicle report that they provided was an added bonus! I will use them for future services for my vehicle.

Me and my husband are very happy about the service that was provided to us by the employees of this shop. They are knowledgeable and have great customer service skills. We will be returning to have our car serviced in the future and have already began telling our friends about our experience.
